 Larry specializes in consultation with closely held and family owned businesses with extensive
experience in succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, income tax and estate planning.
Larry is a graduate of Westminster College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Management Consulting Services division of the AICPA.
Larry's past and present affiliations include; President of United Way of Fulton County, Board of directors and Treasurer, and Nathan Littauer Foundation, Inc.
